Romantic Wedding Window

Hello everyone!! It's time for a new challenge here at the Unstampabelles. Our new theme is 'Looking forward, looking backward' with a twist of adding a window or mirror. Here's what I've made to inspire you:

I used the Romantic Window Silhoutte by Heather M. I cut it with my Cricut and colored with markers. The tiny flowers on the top of window are layered.

The swirly die cut is an svg from Bird's cards. I added a few pearls on the flowers and on the swirly die cut.

Susan is offering 2 beautiful dies for the winner this month.

Hope you are inspired to join in the challenge this month. Can't wait to see what you create for the challenge.

Christmas Pines on Kraft

Hello everyone!! Hope you all had a great weekend!! We had a snowstorm and had to stay indoors. It sure looked beautiful.

Well, on to some great news now!! I'm on the design team for the Rudolph Day Challenges. Yay!! So this is my first post for the challenge.

So here's what I made for my first challenge post.

I decided to CASE one of my earlier cards. You can see my original car here.  I stamped the pine leaves from Inkadinkado Branches stamp set with Hero Arts Forever Green ink. The pine cones are from Joanna Sheen Make A Wish set, which I inked using markers and colored them. I used the correction pen to add some snow.

The sentiment is from Sweet n Sassy stamps Christmas Penguins set. I embossed it with brown embossing powder. After seeing both, I should say I love this one on kraft!!

So what so you think of this card? Please let me know. I hope I have inspired you to make something for this challenge. Do check what the other designers have created to inspire you. Please visit Rudolph days challenge blog here to see more inspiration and submit your creations.

Azaleas

Hello everyone!! It's time for the midway inspiration here at Where The HeART Is Challenge. Our theme this month is Anything Goes. Here's what I have made to inspire you:

Please forgive the poor lighting of the photos. It's getting dark very early and most of the time I have to rely on artificial lighting for my photos, which is not really good. I tried to create a 'tall and skinny card' here. The dimensions are 3.75 x 5.5. I used one of the stamps from the Power Poppy Stamps - Azalea stamp set. I got this stamp set a few months ago, for winning the Power Poppy Challenge. I was busy making Christmas cards then. So I'm using it for the first time and I should say, I loved coloring the image.

This year I really want to concentrate more on my coloring by practicing more. I love to color flower images! The Power Poppy images have so much detail in them that makes it more beautiful!! If you haven't heard of them, please do check them out. I'm in no way affiliated to them, but really love their stamps! The sentiment is from Altenew - Floral Motifs. Yes! I finally got some Altenew stamp sets too!! I still haven't got around to use them.

The die cuts on the top and bottom corners are cut with my Cricut using SVG file from Birds Cards - Swirly Corner set. I added a few pearls to embellish.

Deepest Sympathy

Hello everyone!! Wish you all a Happy New Year!! Hope you all had a wonderful time celebrating the New Year.

It's time for a new challenge here at the Fairy Tale Challenges - from now on, the challenges start on Tuesdays. Our first challenge this year is - Anything Goes.

Here's what I made to inspire you:

I've been wanting to try this masking technique for a long time. I used the Dogwood flower stamp from STAMPlorations. I masked the flower and masked off a rectangle around it and spongged the rectangle with distress ink. I colored the flowers with marker. The sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping - Big Sympathy. I stamped it with grey ink.

Do check out the Fairy Tale Challenge blog for more inspiration. This is my last post as a Guest Designer for them. I had a  nice time.

Thanks for stopping by. Please let me know your comments. Have a great day!
