Reindeer Christmas Tag

Hello everyone!! I'm here to share another tag that I made yesterday.

I cut a piece of red card stock to be the tag base and punched out a hole at the top. I stamped the reindeer and sentiment from the Hero Arts Swirl Christmas stamp set and embossed it in white. I added Nuvo drops ivory seashell for some snow effect. It is gorgeous in real life! I'm loving this Nuvo drops. I took a string of Baker's twine and tied it through the hole at the top. I might add this tag to a card base to make a simple card. I haven't thought it out yet. I'll let you know what I do.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!

Stars Christmas card

Hello everyone!! I'm here to share a Christmas card that I made just now.

This is a really clean and simple card. I stamped the stars from the Hero Arts Swirl Christmas repeatedly on white card stock with Simon Says Stamp cobblestone ink . The sentiment is from the Hero Arts Tree-mendous Christmas. I used this sketch with a little twist.

Silver Snowglobe

Hello everyone!! I'm here to share a snowglobe card that is not a shaker.

I used the svg file from Birds cards to cut the snow globe shape. I took a piece of navy blue card stock and stamped the reindeer from the Hero Arts Swirl Christmas and embossed it in silver. I really love the silver on navy blue combo. I cut the remaining pieces of the snow globe in silver foil paper ( that I bought from Dollar Tree last year). I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set and embossed it in silver. I added few Nuvo drops ivory seashell around the reindeer.

Star Christmas Tag

Hello everyone!! I'm here to share a tag that I made recently.

This tag was inspired by Tracy's 25Days of Christmas Tags. I cut out a piece of red card stock for the card base and punched out a hole. I stamped stars from the Hero Arts Swirl Christmas repeatedly and embossed them in white. The sentiment is from the Hero Arts Tree-mendous Christmas. Actually, I used the word 'Merry' from one sentiment and the word 'Christmas' from another. I added some Nuvo drops ivory seashell for tiny stars. I added bakers twine and made a bow.

Thanks for stopping by. Please let me know what you think about the tag.

Sparkle & Merry Snowflakes

Hello everyone! I'm here to share another Christmas card recently.

Here's what I made:

I masked off an area of my card stock and stamped the snowflakes from Hero Arts Swirl Christmas stamp set and Hero Arts Tree-mendous Christmas Stamp set repeatedly using Simon Says Stamp Cobblestone ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Hero Arts Tree-Mendous Christmas using the same ink. I also colored a thin strip of white card stock with the same ink and added it just where the stamping ended. I added Nuvo drops Liquid mercury and Ivory seashell to add some more interest to the CAS card.

So how do you like it? Thanks for stopping by. Thank you for all the comments on my previous posts. I enjoy reading your thoughts.

Snowflakes Christmas Tag

Hello everyone!! After seeing the many beautiful tags in Tracy McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags, I decided to try my hand at a few.

So here's the first one that I made:

I cut a piece of red cardstock into a tag and punched a hole at the top. I stamped the sentiment from the Hero Arts Tree-mendous Stamp set at the bottom of the tag and embossed it in white using WOW! embossing powder. Then I stamped the snowflakes from Hero Arts Swirl Christmas stamp set and Hero Arts Tree-mendous Christmas Stamp set repeatedly and embossed them also in white to create a beautiful background. I added Nuvo drops Ivory Seashell in between the snowflakes and also at the center of each snowflake. I should say I'm loving these Nuvo drops. They are perfect for any size and hold onto the perfect dimensional shape!

For this tag, I was inspired by Tracey's white on red tag on Day 1.

So how do you like this tag? Thanks for stopping by. Please do let me know your thoughts and comments.

Here's what I made:

I used navy blue card base and matted it with silver foil paper I bought from Dollar Tree.

Blessed Christmas Wreath

Hello everyone!! A quick post to share a Christmas card that I made recently.

Here's what I made:

I stamped the Hero Arts Color A Wreath with black ink on a piece of white cardstock. I initially thought of using ranger liquid pearls in pink to make pearl accents inside the circles. But when I dropped a big blob on the biggest circle, it didn't maintain a pearl shape but fell flat. So I took a painting brush and used it to paint my bow and another big circle. For the smaller circles, I used it to create pearls. For the grey color, I used Nuvo drop liquid mercury. That on the other hand maintained a perfect pearl shape even in the largest circle. The sentiment is from Verve Stamps Christmas Blessings. I layered the white panel on pink card base.

Here's a closer look at the wreath. The liquid pearls and Nuvo drops both have a beautiful shine.

Here's a card that I made today:

I stamped and embossed the ornaments from Hero Arts' Swirl Christmas. I used Hero Arts' gold embossing powder and the brown and green embossing powders are from Stampenduous. I stamped and embossed the sentiment from Hero Arts' Tree-mendous Christmas. The pine branches are from an Inkadinkado stamp set called Branches. I stamped it using Hero Arts Forever Green. I added a few gems from my stash to add some sparkle.
